Elevate: Increase unlimited Balance Trainer incrementally by 10 cm. Make exercises more accessible and more challenging. So conducting a “traveling push up" becomes more difficult when you raise the Balance Trainer with the Powerstax, but performing a "burpee" on the other hand more easy.

Stabilize: Stabilizing the Balance Trainer. Place the BOSU Balance Trainer or platform side up or platform side down in the Powerstax. This makes it possible to use the platform side for  "box jumps" and you create instability within safe limits.

Load: Powerstax can be filled with water, ranging between 1-16 liters. The weight of the Stax will remain better in place, even when multiple Stax's are placed together. In addition, you can use the Stax as a training tool. Because the water can move freely in the Stax creates more stability during training. Makes the BOSU Balance Trainer a unstable surface, the Powerstax contrast ensures correct stability in the weight itself. It is the ideal complement to the BOSU Balance Trainer.
